DESCRIPTION
The aluminum weight lifting bar is 28mm diameter, 6’ bar and weighs 15lbs but is significantly reduced in weight so that the trainee can focus
solely on their exercise technique.
This bar fits on standard-width Olympic squat and power racks.
This 6″ technique aluminum barbells are designed for perfecting weightlifting basics.Use with Olympic style weight plates with 2” center hole only. The brass bushings inside the loadable sleeves will allow a smooth and consistent roll.
