The packing of bumper plate is a very important process, it is the last link of order production, and it also determines customers the first impression of gym plates. Hiperlion requires more effort in the transportation packaging, which can really ensure that the bumper plates pallets are more stable and safe during transportation. Guarantee that the plates arrive at the destination in good condition.
Following is how Hiperlion QC team inspect packing before container loading
- First confirm the storage location of bumper plate pallets/plywood cases. Count the number of pallets or plywood cases.
- Check whether the packaging methods are correct. Plywood pallets should with more than 2 tons bearing capacity, with cover plate and corner protection, and wrapped with more than 6 layers of wrapping film. Or use durable plywood cases.
- The hardness of the carton needs to meet the export requirements, and there are no Chinese descriptions on the carton.
- Confirm the order quantity is consistent with the actual packing quantity. Pallet or plywood cases should be marked with shipping mark and packing list, it is convenient for customers to count the quantity.
- Measure the packaging size, net weight, gross weight. Check the carton label information and ensure the carton is tightly sealed.
- For custom packing, make sure the package meets order requirements.
